Corporate yoga classes (classes that usually take place in the workplace but currently are generally live-streamed), are an excellent way to support employee mental and physical health and well-being. With many of us still at home working from spare bedrooms and living-rooms it is so important to remember to move our bodies and take care of our minds. Tigerbelly Yoga can design a bespoke program of yoga and/or mindfulness meditation sessions to best suit the needs of your company or organisation ranging from a series of short 15 minute lunchtime sequences to energise and clear your mind to longer classes.
The classes can take place via Zoom, in meeting rooms or nearby studios (implementing appropriate social distancing and hygiene measures) and can be paid for by employees or subsidised by employers.
